Aluminum Oxide Membrane

MCE Membrane

Nylon Membrane
Super-strong, hydrophilic nylon membrane filters are supported by inert polyester and provide high protein binding, solvent resistance, and dimensional stability for HPLC sample preparation, biological/buffer sterilization, medical assays, and high temperatures.
PAN (Polyacrylonitrile) Membranes
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membranes combine excellent selectivity, high flow rates and low pressure requirements which helps laboratories simplify their filtration setups while maintaining quality and efficient workflow. Its unique nanofiber mesh construction combines extremely fine pores with a lot of open space to allow easy liquid flow while trapping particulates up to 0.2 micron in width.
PCTE (Polycarbonate) Membranes
Polycarbonate track etch (PCTE) membrane disc filters exhibit superior strength, low protein binding, low extractables, controlled pores, and a smooth surface, allowing for rapid cell migration and microbial growth for reduced incubation times.
PES (Polyethersulfone) Membrane
These hydrophilic, low protein binding, PES membrane filters are ideal for tissue culture media sterilization, life science and microbiology fluid applications, clinical, and general filtration.
PETE (Polyester)
Our solvent resistant, hydrophilic polyester track etch (PETE) membranes and drain discs are made from a thin, translucent, microporous, polyester film.
PE (Polyethylene) Membrane
Polyethylene membrane filters offer excellent chemical resistance and low extractables, making them ideal for high purity solvent filtration. As a PFAS free alternative to PTFE, UPE membranes provide a cleaner solution without compromising performance. In addition, UPE membranes are compatible with gamma irradiation sterilization, unlike PTFE and polypropylene options.
Polypropylene Norminal Prefilters
The nonwoven polypropylene prefilters (with nominally-rated pore sizes) are constructed with 100% polypropylene, and exhibit similarly low extractables and broad chemical compatibility. Although technically hydrophobic, the polypropylene prefilters are easily water wetted at modest differential pressures.The filters can tolerate pH from 1 to 14 and have excellent compatibility with acids and bases. They are ideally suited for clarification, and prefiltration ahead of membrane filters, of water, aqueous solutions, and compatible solvents. They are also commonly used for large particle analyses. Their meltblown multilayer calendered construction and resulting gradient density maximize dirt holding capacity while improving resistance to surface blinding.
PTFE Membranes
PTFE membranes are available in hydrophilic, hydrophobic, unlaminated, and laminated options for a wide range of applications and temperatures.
PVDF Hydrophilic Membrane
These hydrophilic, extremely low extractable/protein binding, PVDF membrane filters provide high flow rates and throughputs for aggressive, solvent-based mobile phase applications, biological sterilization/clarification, and HPLC/analytical sample preparation.
